We will say goodbye to our associate pastor, Fr. Jesus Romero, on Sunday June 21 at the 10:30am and 12:30pm Masses. Fr. Jesus will be presiding at Mass. Fr. Jesus will be leaving our parish next week to begin his new assignment in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Join us for a light reception following the 10:30am Mass and a full reception following the 12:30pm Mass. All are welcome to celebrate Fr. Jesus and wish him well.

This is a special program for children ages 6 to 11 where they will have the opportunity to learn more about God, strengthen their faith and learn Christian values through games, activities ad so much more. Join us on Saturdays beginning in July at the school building.

Flicks & Fellowship is a relaxed and engaging evening movie series created for community, connection, and meaningful entertainment. We’ll gather on two Thursdays of each month through August for summer nights filled with great films, good company, and memorable conversation. Come at 7:00pm to enjoy fellowship, connect with others, and settle in before the movie begins at 8:00pm. Bring your lawn chairs, cozy blankets, and BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) as we kick back and enjoy a variety of inspiring, thought-provoking, fun, and motivational films under the summer sky. Whether you come with friends, family, or on your own, all are welcome!

All are welcome to join the book club in discussing Pope Leo XIV's first encyclical Magnifica Humanitas. We will meet on July 1 and July 15 at 7:00pm in the Bishop Conway Room at the parish center.

All are welcome to join in our upcoming parish bike rides! These fun community building events are a great way to get to know others while enjoying the city and getting some exercise. Please wear a helmet, bring a beverage and lights for the evening ride. Use and follow basic bike hand signals. Your bike should be in solid working order and it is up to you to deal with any mechanical issues that could arise. Please be sure to register below.

July 4, 7:00am • Bike the Loop: We will meet in front of church for a 7AM departure to the Loop.  This holiday is a great day for this ride because the city streets (including the Loop) are vacant.  Taking a leisurely pace, we will ride for about 15 miles and stop at one or two Loop landmarks.  We will be back in time for 9:00am Mass. 

July 17, 6:00pm • Evening Ride: Sunset is 8:30pm so we will have plenty of time to bike the lake front as a group.  Pace and duration will be determined by who rides.  We will continue the fun with food and drinks afterwards.   

September 6, 6:30am • Bike the Drive: We will meet in front of church for a 6:30am departure for this city-wide event.  Registration through Active Transportation Alliance is required. We will stay as a group until we reach Grant Park and then continue based on ability, some riding the entire 30 miles or more.
