Confirmation

A priest is touching a young girl's forehead during a religious ceremony, with women standing in line in white robes holding candles.

Young people are prepared for Confirmation through our Religious Education Program during the school year. Registration for these classes takes place in August.

For additional information contact the Director of Religious Education at  773•280•7700.

Adults who were never confirmed in their youth are invited to attend the Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA), a series of meetings specifically for catechized adults in the winter. Adults who would like to become Catholic need to discern and then learn about Catholicism. Whether you are already baptized or have never been baptized, the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults would be helpful. The meetings begin in September, follow the academic year and culminate on Holy Saturday night during the Vigil mass when people are either baptized or received into the church.

For specific dates and more information contact the rectory at: 773•280•7700
